On the home page there is the option “Register”. Go to “New User” and fill in your details (mobile and email). Within a few seconds, your password will be sent to your mobile phone. After you Sign In you are ready to buy and send SMS!
To import your file to the site, simply go to "Contact Group Management", select the file and then assign the columns of the file to the available reserved fields. ProSMS.gr has the ability to import contacts from MS Excel 97-2003 and 2007, MS Word 97-2003 and 2007, OpenOffice Spreadsheet and Text Document, CSV or simple TXT text files.
After signing in, go to the "Send SMS" menu and select the type of message you want to send. Type your text in the message field, fill in the recipient's number in the "To" field or select the recipient group you have created, and press 'Send SMS'.
Your messages can be up to 1071 characters long. When typing your message in the text field, the number of characters are counted as well as the number of SMS. The limit for 1 SMS is 160 characters. Messages with more than 160 characters are sent as one SMS but are charged according to their total number of characters.
ProSMS.gr allows you to schedule your messages for the next hours, days, weeks and even months. All you need to do is provide the system with the necessary information (date - time - text - recipients) and have sufficient SMS credits in your account so that the system can send your messages when you specify.
You can purchase messages easily and quickly by using a credit card online or by depositing the amount to a bank account. You can see our available bank accounts on the Prices page.
With each SMS purchase, an invoice is issued based on the details you have provided in the form "Options" and is sent to you via email within a few days of the transaction date.
Yes, ProSMS.gr allows you to define what name you want to appear as the sender of the message. It can be up to 11 Latin letters. Symbols or Greek letters are not allowed.
The system stores the messages you send and informs you whether each SMS was delivered or not. You can also export delivery reports to Excel, text or CSV files.
There is no expiration date on the SMS you purchase, so you can send them whenever you need.
